FOR TEAMS & CLASSES

Earn 9 000 SEK for the team or class fund

The team/class gets 9 000 SEK when about 25 people are working for the class/team on race day or any other time in relation to the event suggested by Uppsala Marathon.

Working hours

The officials work a maximum of 6 hours, but Uppsala Marathon decides which hours between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM are relevant. The time is continuous for each official and we will of course try to accommodate requests for times as far as possible.

Assist with various tasks throughout the race
Be active and cheer on all runners

Mandatory briefing

If you agree to help, the class/team or a representative will need to attend a mandatory briefing on how the race will be organised. At the briefing (about one hour), which takes place about one month before the race, we go through all of the details.

Compensation payouts

The compensation will be paid no later than 30 November 2026. The team/class must send an invoice with all the necessary bank details and any references for the payment to be made.
