The race does not offer organised transports to the changeover areas, but all of the changeover zones are in close proximity to bus stations and car parks. We highly recommend taking your bike or electric scooter out to your changover area..
The Changover
The runner who has completed their leg of the race must run through the timing portal before changing over to the next runner. There are large beach flags at each changover point indicating where it should take place. It's important that the runner who is waiting to start their leg stays at least 5 metres away from the timing portal in which your teammate will pass through.
Bib Number
All participants of a relay team share the same bib number. The bibs are marked Delsträcka (Leg) 1 through 4 and should be carried in order of the leg each participant runs. Timing is done through a chip in the bib. It should be attached to the chest area and be clearly visible throughout the race. It's vital that the team members start in the order you put down in the registration. Meaning the runner who according to registration will run the first leg has the team bib number with the additional number 1 and so on. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions regarding the bibs and which order you are supposed to run in.
